Membership Details:
Our memberships are designed to benefit you and to be hassle free. This membership will provide you with huge savings and peace of mind. You will never lose any of your membership value. In the event that you are unable to use one of your entitled monthly service(s), you can transfer that service(s) to a family member or friend. They can schedule an appointment and come in that month in your place. This will certainly make you a very popular friend or relative. The membership runs for 12-months and can be canceled at any time after the 2nd month. It’s as easy as emailing us a written notice (at concierge@invidiasalonandspa.com) 30-days prior to your next billing cycle.
All memberships will be charged automatically each month with your provided credit card. The membership can also be prepaid upfront. After you purchase a membership, we will contact you to help you book your first appointment. Monthly services can be scheduled for the entire year in advance, which we recommend to assure your best dates and times. The only way to forfeit an appointment is if you fail to show up or fail to contact us to re-schedule within the 24-hour rescheduling period. Memberships are charged on the 1st of the month. Gratuity is not included.
